Growing Together, Rooted in hope

In our annual stewardship series, we will be casting a vision for all that we can do and all that we can accomplish when we come together as one faith community. Responding to the challenges that face our faith community with enthusiasm, wonder, and commitment to growing in love of God and neighbor, let us envision the future at Centennial UMC together.

in 2026, I will commit to...

Next Steps after Worship
I will grow in faith by joining a small group, serving, or deepening my discipleship.

If I'm already a part of a small group or serving, I will step into a leadership role of a group or service project.
Children & Youth
I will pray for, support, and encourage our youngest disciples.

I will commit to volunteering with children and/or youth activities.
Our Future Together
I will join in prayer and conversations as we discern where God is leading.

I will commit to participating in the life of the church in the years go come.

More information on Our Future Together.
Financial Giving
I will offer my gifts by pledging to give weekly/monthly/yearly with gratitude to support our shared ministry.

Growing Together, Rooted in Hope
Sent on Friday, October 3rd, 2025

Hello Centennial Family,

This Sunday, October 5, we begin our Stewardship Campaign - "Growing Together, Rooted in Hope" a season of reflection and prayer as we consider how God is calling us to give of our time, talents, and financial gifts in the year ahead. I invite you to visit our stewardship page, [link here]. In addition, printed materials and resources are available at both campuses (at the Connection Point and in the Linden Lounge at the Roseville campus, and on the round table at the St. Anthony Park campus).

Centennial's Leadership Board has identified three priorities that will guide us in 2025-26:
  1. Engagement Beyond Worship - helping folks take the next step into small groups, service opportunities, and volunteering.
  2. Children & Youth Ministry - strengthening how we nurture and empower our young people.
  3. Our Future Together - clarifying who we are as one church and how we move faithfully forward.

On Sunday October 26th, we'll invite everyone to submit their financial pledge for the coming year and consider personal "next steps" in each of the three focus areas.

Save the Date - November 5
As part of Our Future Together, in partnership with the Minnesota Council of Churches, we'll host the first of two internal Centennial conversations. The first will be a Respectful Conversation about consolidating to one location: How did we get here? It will help us look back, name tensions, and build a shared foundation for moving forward. More details and a registration link will follow soon.

We have much to celebrate! Even in challenging seasons - navigating building issues, and insurance setbacks - Centennial has continued to thrive in ministry. Throughout this Stewardship Campaign, we'll highlight the many ways that we have embodied our call to be Authentic, Thinking, Actives disciples of Christ.

As we step into this Stewardship season, we give thanks for what God has already done and look with hope to what God is making possible through us together.

Pledge Cards

You can find a digital version linked here or there are paper copies at both campuses.
