Milestones are the significant cultural and developmental markers that we experiences throughout our lives.
They are our firsts. There are ordinary firsts or steps and teeth, walking and talking. There are also firsts of our faith life: baptism, beginning Sunday School, receiving a Bible, and more. Centennial’s Milestone Ministry helps to make a connection between our everyday lives and our faith life.
Milestone Events are designed as parent and child together time (childcare for siblings is available). They are usually from noon to 1:30 p.m. on a Sunday and begin with a shared meal for children and their parents. All will include a craft and other hands-on activities as part of the learning time.
