Young Adult ministry at Centennial United Methodist Church is encompassed throughout our church life. We want to help our Young Adult community to grow in faith through experiencing real community with the people of CUMC. Our young adults are often found in these activities/experiences:
Small Groups
There are a multitude of opportunities to join small groups at Centennial. Our small groups offer an "open house" signup every trimester and include groups like Euro Games night, Sunday morning Bible study, Softball team, and knitting and more.
Mission/Outreach Groups
Centennial has always had a great emphasis on justice and caring for the "other." Some great service opportunities to join include our refugee resettlement program, a Feed My Starving Children monthly small group, Habitat for Humanity summer opportunities, the Dignity Center in Minneapolis and much more.
Worship at 9:00 & 10:30 a.m.
These two services offer a traditional and liturgical experience of Worship. We often sing from hymnals, and hear choirs and singing groups from a more traditional background.
Worship at 5:00 p.m.
The Well is our alternative worship experience. The music is often written in house by our Music Director who leads the band in worship. We also engage in participation of our faith through hands on practices each service.
