Interim Plan for Financial Manager: Until we have hired and trained our new financial manager, Mark Meyer and Louise Gallagher will be filling in. Please continue to place any expense reimbursements or other paperwork in Greg's mail slot at the RV Office. Please direct your questions as follows: Expense reimbursements and invoices to be paid, Stock, IRA, and donor advised donations go to Louise. Credit card and all other donations, pledge status/donor statements, and payroll go to Mark.

St. Anthony Park Seniors  & Centennial UMC present - Grief and Loss Support Group: Tuesdays from June 16th-August 4th, 11:00-12:30pm, St. Anthony Park Campus and through zoom. Join us for 8 sessions of small group study for those looking to learn about the grief process and how to move through it. This support group is secular and non-denominational. We will be studying Grief and Loss written by Taylor Blanket, Licensed Master Social Worker.  Study is lead by Pastor Whitney Sheridan. No charge to attend. Registration is required.

Cenennial Shout-Outs at Interfaith Action Annual Assembly: At Interfaith Action of Greater St. Paul's recent Annual Assembly, Centennial UMC was recognized with a Shout-Out for its many volunteers who serve weekend meals at Project Home. Centennial volunteers serve five weekend meals every month which greatly supports reduced weekend staffing.  Holy Hammers also received a Shout-Out for responding to an urgent request to renovate 12 additional rooms at the Bandana Square facility when another provider was closed. Centennial UMC is an active participant in Holy Hammers.

VBS Registration is now open!: July 27th - 31st, 5:30pm-8:30pm, St. Anthony Park Campus. This year's Vacation Bible School theme is Compassion Camp: What Every Living Thing Needs! Join us as we learn about God's amazing creation and how we are called to care for it with compassion. Registration is open for kids who are 3 years old (& potty trained) to 5th grade (going into 6th). You can register HERE!

VBS Volunteers Needed: This summer's Vacation Bible School will run from July 27 - 31, 5:30pm-8:00pm, at the St. Anthony Park Campus. We need as many volunteers as possible to make this event a success! All adult volunteers are required to complete our Safe Gatherings Training and background check. Instructions for completing Safe Gatherings will be emailed separately (Training is not required for volunteers helping with only set up and clean up). Sign up to volunteer HERE!

Family Weekend at Camp Koronis: August 21st-23rd, Camp Koronis, Paynesville, MN. Join Centennial families for a weekend at Camp Koronis, August 21-23! This camp is designed for families with kids ages 2-years-old - 12th grade. Families will stay in air-conditioned motel-style rooms; meals provided. Schedule includes time for families together, parent free time (while kids are supervised doing age-appropriate activities), worship, swimming, and more. Update on Roseville Campus: The Roseville Roof project began on Thursday June 11th. This project is aiming to be done by the end of June/early July. Supplies will be located on the west end of the building, the main entrance will be unaffected by construction.

Charge Conference: A duly called Charge Conference will take place on Tuesday, June 23rd at 7:00 PM to approve Pastor Jin’s compensation package, to be presided over by Rev. Whitney Sheridan.  Any are welcome to attend in person in Asbury 1 at the Roseville Campus, or virtually [LINKED HERE].  As this is a charge conference, only Leadership Board members are permitted to vote.

New Art Displays!: Artist Ashley Dull's flower paintings were a joy to view in April and May. Now, the art of A. Drew Hammond and James Nutt are on display through the end of July! Both men are inspirational as builders of community. Please read their bios posted next to their art to find out more! Do you feel led to help select and display art at our church? join the Fine Arts Ministry Team. Tammy Nara will step down from this position in July 2027.
