Diabetes Support Group

An estimated 6 million persons in the U.S. have diabetes but do not know it. Common symptoms include excessive thirst, fatigue, weight loss, and blurry vision. If left untreated kidney disease, blindness, heart attack, and other serious complications can result.

Centennial United Methodist Church sponsors a support group for people with diabetes or for those caring for someone with the disease. The group meets monthly at Centennial, generally the last Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM.
